Nose | The nose is curious and intense, aromas of stewed apple mingle with chalky hints from the clay. |
Palate | The palate is beautifully textured and almost effervescent, with more stewed cider flavours coming through from the nose. The finish is mineral-rich and long with more savoury flavours developing. |
