This blanco tequila is made with a unique production process that combines hand picked agave plants, masonry oven, cultivated yeast and distillation in small copper pot stills. On the palate it is sweet and slightly smoky with a final soft honey flavour. Great for mixing in cocktails but also not too sharp for sipping.
