The Matsui Mizunara Single Cask Single Malt
A limited quantity Japanese single malt whisky matured in a single Mizunara cask, known for its rarity. Alcohols matured in this type of oak take on unique, original flavours. The whisky is matured in Tottori prefecture, in a natural environment where the temperature changes considerably from one season to the next. It is subtly finished with natural spring water from Mount Daisen. Oaky flavours with oriental spice notes, a rich style on the palate, and soft caramel.
