This aromatic white is made from Sauvignon Blanc in Friuli. Its pronounced aromas of green fruit, tomato leaf, hints of tropical fruit are wonderfully complimented by high acidity on the palate, and an elegant texture with a long and persistent finish. Perfect as an aperitif or served together with seafood, asparagus, stuffed peppers.
