Intense aroma of orange and apricot, although no association of sweetness with that. There's a hint of something floral and spicy. Salty/herbal too. So fragrant and complex before you have even put it in your mouth. Wonderfully fresh, with the tiniest tannic grip giving it extra gravitas. Tastes dry and full-fruited, then there's that fresh saltiness on the long finish. A terrific dry rosé.’
