Crafted from grapes grown on the north coast at the São Jorge vineyard, this exceptional Madeira was vinified using a horizontal screw press and fortified to a medium sweet style.
It began its maturation in Warehouse D, where higher temperatures accelerated concentration and depth. In 2019, the cask was moved to the cooler Warehouse E, allowing for a slower, more balanced evolution and a beautiful harmony between acidity and sweetness.
In May 2025, just 966 bottles of 500ml and 60 double magnums were filled and individually numbered, making this a highly limited and collectible release.
Tasting Notes
Golden in colour, the nose is delicate yet expressive, offering sweet aromas of honey, candied fruit, orange peel, floral tones, apricot, and a subtle touch of stem.
The palate is powerful and layered, with yellow fruit jam and a vibrant, almost spicy acidity that brings remarkable freshness and length. Beautifully balanced, it finishes honeyed, rich, and flavourful.
Excellent as a digestif and a superb partner for desserts and cheeses.
