Inspired by the autumn hedgerows of West Waterford, this seasonal gin liqueur is crafted by soaking fresh sloes, damsons, crab apples and blackberries in Blackwater’s award-winning gin. After a slow three-month maceration, it’s lightly sweetened and bottled – nothing added, nothing overdone.
The blend of hedgerow fruits creates a richer, more complex profile than a classic sloe gin, with a natural depth that’s perfect for cosy evenings. Enjoy it neat, warm it into a comforting hot toddy, or pair it with crackers and a good Irish cheese.
