      Although the blend includes Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsault and Carignan varieties often associated with Europe the resulting wine is unmistakably shaped by its Lebanese terroir.

      Winemaking takes place in Ghazir, closer to the coast, where cooler conditions allow for steady ageing. The wine is fermented in cement vats, matured in French oak, and then aged extensively in bottle before release an approach that contributes to its layered and evolving character.
