A very rare cask from a small distillery situated in the midlands of Ireland. This double distilled single malt was initially matured in a bourbon cask before being finished in a 53 litre refill oloroso sherry cask in May 2016. Irresistible flavours of new leather, dried beef, salted and roasted nuts, marzipan, and cherry liqueur.

A limited edition bottling of Jack Daniel's that celebrates each of the seven master distillers to have overseen production. As the first in the series, this bottling has the man himself on the label- Jasper Newton Daniel. More commonly known as Jack Daniel. A superbly smooth whiskey with notes of sweet caramel, vanilla, and oak. The perfect balance between soft, sweet, and mellow and spicy as well as slightly smoky.

Dunville’s 1808 is a modern blend of malt, grain, and pot still whiskeys. The name 1808 pays homage to the year Dunville’s Irish Whiskey was founded in Belfast, from where it went on to become one of the world’s most famous whiskeys. Boasts notes of vanilla, apples, pears, candied lemon peel, and sweet spices.

A 100cl bottling of Bushmills 10 Year Old Single Malt. Made from a tripled distilled malt that has been aged in both bourbon and sherry casks. The bourbon ageing takes centre stage, delivering a creamy, yet light mouth feel along with some crisp barley, warm vanilla and gentle pepper and spice flavours.

A fantastic bourbon that recalls pre-Prohibition style whiskeys. Michters have recreated their whiskeys with one eye on the previous brand of the same name from before the Volstead act. This version is a barley rich, mouth-filling drop that makes a superb Old Fashioned. Aged in fire-charred, new American White Oak Barrels.

Join us this June for a virtual tasting of our own award-winning Celtic Cask Series! The range was born from our strong relationship with the Irish distillers and the European bodegas and wine houses. We've been able to hand-pick some of the more interesting distillates from the length of the country, both single malt and single pot still, and mature or finish them in great casks from Spain, Portugal, and Italy. This tasting will feature samples of the Celtic Cask Aon (1) 1996 Palo Cortado, Celtic Cask Ceathair (4) 2001 Madeira, Celtic Cask Deich (10) 1999 Peated Domaine des Anges Cask, Celtic Cask Tri Deag (13) 2001 Brunello Cask, and Celtic Cask Cuig Deag (15) 1991 Quinta do Noval.

A limited release from Walsh Distillery, available exclusively from Celtic Whiskey Shop, this features a unique blend of Single Malt and Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey which has been triple distilled and aged initially in American Oak Barrels prior to a finishing period of 12 months in an Oloroso Sherry butt. The nose holds captivating nutty, sherry notes supported by decadent notes of dark chocolate and succulent dried fruit which give way to toasted oak and spices on the palate. Just 948 bottles released.
