Making Techniques | The grapes arrive in baskets which are emptied into a modern horizontal pneumatic press. International Wine & Spirit Competition | 2020 Gold Medal - 96 Points |
Decanter Magazine | "Super nose with some exotic pineapple/mango/passion fruit undertones mixed with Vouvray-like blossom-tree and quince jelly, enormous body, but incredible purity and crystal-like transparency, great length, a masterpiece! Drink 2020-2070" 19/20. |
Wine Spectator | "A powerfully rendered Sauternes, with apricot, ginger cream, marzipan, creamed peach and melon fruit, featuring a long, heather honey-filled finish. Shows polished edges already, but will need some time to unwind. Best from 2018 through 2030" 93 Points |
