Galway Hooker Pale Ale

This beer has many qualities that would usually be associated with a pale ale but has the added taste of caramel that would usually be found in Irish red ales. It is made using mainly pearl and crystal malt with a good hoppy character coming from the cascade hops. It is brewed in an independent brewery in Oranmore Co. Galway. A favourite amongst all staff here!

FAQs
Galway Hooker, the Irish craft pale ale brewed in County Roscommon, uses only water, malted barley, hops, and yeast in its brewing process with no animal derived fining agents such as isinglass or gelatine. It is considered vegan friendly. For the most current confirmation of ingredients and production methods, verifying directly with the brewery is recommended, as production practices can be updated without notice in the craft beer industry.
