Green Spot is one of Ireland’s most iconic and beloved single pot still whiskeys, produced at Midleton Distillery and exclusively matured for the Mitchell & Son wine merchants of Dublin.

Triple distilled and made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, Green Spot is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks, resulting in a whiskey that is fresh, vibrant, and beautifully balanced.

On the nose, it offers crisp orchard fruits with green apple and pear, complemented by vanilla sweetness and a gentle hint of toasted oak. The palate is rich and rounded, with flavours of ripe fruit, honey, and warm spice, while the signature pot still character brings depth and texture. The finish is clean, smooth, and lingering, with soft spice and oak notes.
