Cantina La Dama is situated in the heart of Valpolicella, one of the most suitable areas for the production of Amarone. Established in 2009 by Gabriele and Miriam Dalcanale, both of whom share a strong passion for high quality, well produced wines. Since 2012, the vineyard has been committed to converting to a purely organic production system, making wines that are ecologically and environmentally friendly. They believe that by doing so the vines will achieve “absolute wholesomeness of our grapes and our wines as well as we want to confirm an authentic, ethically and socially correct business approach. We want our everyday work to be done in total respect of our territory and environment”
