Nose Scent of firm varietal aromas (blackberry, black currant) and distinguished spicy character, with embossed characters of roasted chocolate and references to the Mediterranean scrub.

Dark chocolate pairs best with wines that have the structural intensity to match its bitter cocoa and tannin character without being overwhelmed.
