Distilled in January 2022 and matured under bond in an American bourbon cask, Cask No. TS0037 was bottled in May 2026 at its natural cask strength of 56.5% ABV. Non-chill filtered and presented in its natural colour, this whiskey offers an authentic and unadulterated single cask experience.
The 50:50 mashbill of malted barley and malted rye delivers a beautifully balanced profile.
