Crafted from a specially commissioned Irish mashbill and distilled in partnership with Boann Distillery, this exclusive release from the Two Stacks Origins Collection showcases the remarkable character that emerges when malted barley and Irish rye are brought together in equal measure.
Distilled in January 2022 and matured under bond in an American bourbon cask, Cask No. TS0037 was bottled in May 2026 at its natural cask strength of 56.5% ABV. Non-chill filtered and presented in its natural colour, this whiskey offers an authentic and unadulterated single cask experience.
The 50:50 mashbill of malted barley and malted rye delivers a beautifully balanced profile. Bright aromas of ginger, vanilla, and orange peel lead into a silky palate layered with white pepper, cloves, and warming baking spices. Notes of honey, malted biscuit, and gentle rye spice add further depth and complexity, creating a whiskey that is both vibrant and exceptionally drinkable.
