Making Techniques | Careful selection of the Negroamaro bunches at the old bush-trained vineyard. The name of the wine comes from “graticciaia”, the loft where the grapes are ripened on bamboo-cane mats. Once withered, grapes go to vinification. The grapes are fermented in late Autumn, and the cooler temperatures at this time of the year produce different vilification outcomes. This gives Graticciaia its uniqueness! |
