Celtic Ard Rí Dó
Our own whiskey barrel aged Irish ale, in collaboration to the wonderful crew at 5 Lamps Brewery. A mix of pale malt, crystal malt, chocolate malt & a tiny portion of wheat for head retention. Nugget hops were used for bittering followed by a late addition of Tradition hops. Before fermentation started, started, the beer was dry hopped with some Liberty hops for aroma. Once fermented the beer was aged for around 6 months in Irish whiskey barrels.
