Crafted with 100% Espadin Agave that has aged for a minimum of 6 years,  it is roasted in an open, conical Oaxacan fire pit, ground in an Egyptian stone mill then transferred to Pedro Ximénez (PX) wine barrels. Bottled at smooth 42%, it boasts smokey and sweet flavours.
