A very complex wine from Montilla as opposed to Jerez, this Amontillado is very rich and quite an intense wine. Equipo Navadez chose this particular solera to celebrate their fifth anniversary, so it goes without saying that this is a fantastic Amontillado. 

Think exotic spices, orange marmalade, smoky zest and a hint of salt.
