Johnny Fall Down Early Apples Cider
This medium dry bittersweet cider is made from 100% juice from Irish apples. We macerate and press by hand and only use wild fermentation with minimal intervention. All our ciders are slow fermented at cooler winter temperatures and matured for between 1 and 2 years to allow a range of flavours to develop from the different stages of fermentation. As the name suggests, we blend the early ripening varieties of apples which gives a light, crisp and fruity cider.
