Pavillon du Haut Bourg Muscadet Côtes de Grandlieu sur Lie
This single-vineyard Muscadet is made from 100% Melon de Bourgogne, from grapes that are 40 years old. It is named after the parcel the grapes come from, "Pavillon" (Pavilion). Tropical aromas give way to a stunning palate with a long mineral finish. Fine and very well-balanced, this wine has become one of our staff favourites, and is a perfect match for seafood and fish! The wine is also certified "Terra Vitis", a French label for responsible and organic viticulture.
