Seven Crown is a famous old American whiskey brand. It was originally one of Seagram's famous Canadian whiskies but is now made by Diageo in the USA. This is a light and delicate blended whiskey that works very well in a Manhattan. A blended whiskey can be made from a mix of straight whiskey and neutral spirit. In this case it is 25% whiskey and 75% neutral spirit.
