Great take on the traditional bramble cocktail first created in the mid 1980's
 

The fruity flavours really bring out the caramel tones of Town Branch Bourbon. 

Ingredients:

  • Simple Syrup
  • Raspberry Liqueur
  • Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • Raspberries
  • Mint
  • Town Branch Bourbon

Method: Shake Simple Syrup, Lemon juice and Town Branch Bourbon with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice. Drizzle Raspberry Liqueur over drink to create a bleeding effect inside the glass.
