Nose
The nose develops flavours of ripe red fruits such as blackcurrant and blackberry and balsamic notes (camphor, eucalyptus). From there emerges typical aromas of licorice, spices (pepper, cinnamon), and violet.
Palate
The mouth is round and large followed by a mid-palate surprisingly fresh and intense with aromas of licorice and chocolate, and velvety tannins. The finish offers good length with notes of mocha and toast.
