Dingle Single Malt Conocht an Fomhair

The latest release in the Dingle Wheel of Times series.honouring  the traditional Celtic celebration of Cónocht an Fómhair.  A toast to the shades of the season and a farewell to summer. Matured in former Bourbon casks with a Rum cask finish, Dingle Cónocht an Fómhair Single Malt brings aromas of fresh mint, rhubarb crumble dusted in brown sugar and toffee apple. Hints of tropical fruits and sweet raisins on the palate gives way to honey, coconut, and hazelnuts.  A wonderfully distinct clean finish with spiced fruits and warm caramel notes.
