Dingle Gin Orange & Sea Salt is a bold new expression inspired by the rugged beauty of Ireland’s wild Atlantic coastline. Created in collaboration with West of Dingle Sea Salt, this innovative release combines vibrant citrus character with a subtle saline lift, offering a fresh and beautifully balanced twist on the award-winning Dingle Gin.
Built upon the same acclaimed botanical recipe as the original Dingle Gin, this expression introduces two carefully selected additions that capture the spirit of the Dingle Peninsula.
The orange character is created using hand-selected Spanish oranges which are washed, cut, deseeded, macerated, and distilled separately in a small copper still to maximise flavour extraction before being expertly blended into the gin. The result is bright, zesty citrus with natural sweetness and depth.
To complement the citrus profile, hand-harvested West of Dingle Sea Salt is added to the final spirit. Produced by a local family-run business on the Dingle Peninsula, the naturally pure and unrefined Atlantic sea salt introduces gentle minerality, smoothness, and a subtle coastal character that perfectly balances the fresh orange notes.
The result is a modern Irish gin that is vibrant, refreshing, and distinctly coastal, ideal served with premium tonic, fresh citrus garnish, or as the base for contemporary gin cocktails.
