A delicious aged rum from the Doorly's range, featuring Bajan rum from the Foursquare Distillery which has spent a second maturation period Spanish Oloroso sherry casks. This extra ageing time gives a big burst of tropical and dried fruits, dark chocolate with just a hint of delicate oak spice. An excellent rum for drinking neat or with a couple of cubes of ice.
