Mac Nair's 15 Year Old Panama Rum
This exceptional rum has matured in American oak in the tropical Panamanian climate and is then further matured in the much cooler climate of Scotland. It is then finished in for 2 years in red wine, virgin oak and ex-Bourbon casks. Bottled at a smooth 46%, it boasts aromatic notes of notes of plantains, pears and almonds, fused with mocha with tropical flavours of pineapple, mango and peaches, followed by treacle, coconut and orange zest.
