Shortcross is a classical Gin style but with a unique twist, best described as floral meadow, wild berries and grassy notes. It is smooth with an exceptionally long aftertaste and finish. This is achieved through the use of fresh apples, elderberries and wild clover distilled with other botanicals including juniper, coriander, orange peel, lemon peel and cassia.

Nose
Light peppery citric notes and a mellow minty scent. There are some darker notes, mainly elder berries and leather. Light perfumy and elegant but the Coriander is not taking over.
Palate
Balanced with vanilla notes. Lightly peppery and oily. There are late notes of orange and elder on the palate. Long, peppery with oily notes of elder berries with Orange in the late partition on the finish.
