This double-distilled whiskey was crafted in Northern Ireland in September 2000 and matured with meticulous care over two decades.
Initially aged in refill bourbon casks, the whiskey transitioned to a 500-litre Oloroso sherry butt on December 19th, 2014. To enhance its complexity further, it was decanted into 128-litre Cream Sherry casks in July 2023. This exclusive release is from the first of these casks to reach perfection, showcasing the rich influence of the Cream Sherry.
