This single malt was double distilled in the Republic of Ireland. It was initially matured in a first fill bourbon cask for a period of seven years before being partially decanted in May 2015 into a Vin Santo Carratello (small barrel) from Altesino, one of the finest wineries in Tuscany, for a finishing period.
