A very gastronomic wine from the Balearic Islands. Castell de Santueri Red is made from the grape varieties Callet, Mantonegro, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is then aged for 6 months in French and American oak barriques. On the palate, this wine offers excellent candied fruits and Mediterranean wild herbs while still maintaining a great liveliness and complexity.
