Nose | Lively and fresh with characters typically found in Bourbon cask matured whiskeys. Aromas of pineapple, coconut, vanilla, ginger snaps, baked apples and freshly baked cookies. |
Palate | Assertive and fruity to taste and surprisingly easy to drink at full strength. Medium bodied and powerful with pronounced fruit flavours of pineapple, ripe red apples, mango, banana becoming spicy and oaky towards the finish. |
Finish | Ginger, vanilla and coconut with some oak and wood sap notes. |
