Egan's Conviction

Egan's releases another superb offering. This is a blend of Single Malt and Single grain that has matured for at least 10 years and finished in XO cognac casks. Bottled at 46% ABV, it's full of floral aromas and sweet notes of honey and dried apricot. It boasts leather, marzipan, and hints of ginger, lifted by zesty citrus on the palate and a lingering finish with hints of liquorice and vanilla. “‘Conviction’ is a word meant to extol the virtues not only of our heritage but also of what we expect to accomplish in the future.
