| Nose | Pineapple and apple, pear notes combine with a lovely sweetness to it. Hints of cherries and fresh clementines. |
| Palate | Honey and vanilla sweetness. Oily, creamy, dark chocolate, bags of liquorice allsorts. Orange pith bitterness, and banana. |
| Finish | Plum jam with rummy raisin notes. Pepperiness, warming spices and chilli prickle heat. |
