Tasting Notes from the Producer
Aromas (without water) The stunning flora/fruity opening aroma is transcendent, ethereal and intensely marshmallow-like; further time in the sampling glass of eight minutes releases additional fragrance of vanilla, cocoa and milk chocolate.
Flavour Entry is cinnamon-like and gently sweet, as the sugary molasses taste turns very soft and chewy; mid-palate taste profile reminds me of holiday spice cake, rum-flavored chocolates and sugar cookies. Concludes medium-long, delicate and only mildly sweet. Three years on, the quality has remained as constant as the North Star.
