Created in Beenleigh Artisan Distillers in Australia, it has aged in Bourbon casks for 11 years and in Ferrand casks for 1 year and is finished in a Palo Cortado Sherry cask for four months. It's fruity and spicy on the nose with a well-balanced palate of rich chocolate, toasted almonds and dark stone fruits.
