Ànima Negra AN 2021 is a very fine Crianza red wine from Mallorca. Made from a blend of old-vines Callet with some Manto Negro and Fogoneu aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. On the nose offers aromas reminiscent of red berries accompanied by floral and herbal notes and smoky nuances along with the memory of the oak from its aging. The palate is long and enveloping, with tannins present and a soft acidity.
