Antica Torino Vino alla China Bianco is a distinctive aromatised wine crafted from white Moscato Secco sourced from Le Langhe, blended with sugar, alcohol, and a carefully balanced infusion of herbs and spices. The wine is flavoured with quinine, giving it its traditional “alla China” designation. The name refers to the bark of the cinchona tree, known as china in Italian, which is the natural source of quinine.

Golden in colour, this expression offers fresh and savoury aromas of lime zest, star anise, and Thai basil. On the palate, it reveals a layered profile of smooth vanilla, candied liquorice, and ripe apricot, balanced by gentle bitterness and bright freshness.
