Its balanced, herbaceous profile pairs beautifully with a classic London Dry Gin, while also working in harmony with bourbon or rye whiskey, where it brings sweet, warm, and gently herbal tones. Thanks to its wine base, it also combines seamlessly with brandy, herbaceous liqueurs, and traditional amari.

This vermouth truly shines in classic cocktails. The Americano highlights its character perfectly, whether served in the traditional two parts vermouth to one part bitter ratio, or in equal parts as championed by renowned Florentine bartender Luca Picchi. It is equally at home in timeless serves such as the Martinez, Boulevardier, Negroni, Bronx, El Presidente, Hanky Panky, and Manhattan.
