Crafted using traditional methods, this vermouth begins with the maceration of carefully selected herbs in 96 percent wheat based alcohol for approximately 30 days. After pressing to obtain the aromatic tincture, part of the liquid is distilled before blending, ageing, and refining in stainless steel tanks. The final spirit is gently filtered and bottled, preserving clarity and precision of flavour.
