"Pale silver-pink. Lively but subtle aromas of raspberry, strawberry and minerals. Frothy and fine in the mouth, with subtle red berry flavours enlivened by bright acids. Focused, fairly dry and delicate. Finishes youthfully firm and very persistent. Impressively stylish rose: drink this now while giving the '95 Elisabeth Salmon a couple years of additional bottle aging."
