Copeland 26.1 Release is the first bottling from Copeland Distillery for 2026, showcasing a double-distilled Single Malt Irish Whiskey crafted from 100% malted barley. Matured for a minimum of five years on the Ards Peninsula, this expression was aged in a unique combination of ex-Pinot Noir and ex-Syrah (Shiraz) barriques that previously held Copeland’s overproof rum, adding exceptional depth and layered complexity.

Bottled at natural cask strength of 57.8% ABV, non-chill filtered and with no added colouring, this limited release of just 860 bottles delivers bold character and authenticity. Awarded ‘Best Single Malt in Ireland under 11 Years Old’ at the 2025 Irish Whiskey Awards, 26.1 is a powerful yet refined expression of modern Irish craftsmanship.
