Copeland 5-Year-Old Single Malt 25.1 is a small-batch Irish whiskey distilled, matured and bottled in Donaghadee. Made from a mash bill of 90% malted barley and 10% chocolate malt, this double-distilled release was matured in three first-fill bourbon casks and one quarter oloroso sherry cask, then finished in virgin American oak. Bottled at 46% ABV and limited to just 800 individually numbered bottles, it delivers layers of vanilla, toasted coconut, cocoa, and clove spice with a warm, medium-lasting finish.
