The Batch 1 Direct Fired Single Malt Irish Whiskey is a remarkable expression of craftsmanship and place, fully matured in a 500 litre Spanish oak butt seasoned with Pedro Ximénez sherry. This exceptional cask was sourced from the renowned Juan Pino cooperage in Córdoba, Spain, where it was seasoned for 24 months to develop rich, complex character.

Only 698 bottles of this release exist. Each one captures a deep harmony of dark fruit, warming spice and toasted oak, with a luxurious, full-bodied profile that lingers like the glow of a Donegal fire. Distilled and matured in Croithlí, County Donegal, this whiskey brings together the soul of Ireland’s northwest coast and the sun-soaked warmth of Andalusia, celebrating time, place and tradition in every sip.
