The Heaven Hill Heritage Collection 2024 release is an 18-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey that is non-chill filtered and bottled at 120 proof. The liquid consists of 133 barrels from the third floor of rickhouse 11. All barrels were produced in December of 2005. The mashbill uses 78% corn, 10% rye and 12% malted barley. A whiskey that truly exemplies the 85 plus years Heaven Hill have been finely honing their whiskey-making traditions.
