Rivetto Barbaresco Nervo

A stellar 100% Nebbiolo that offers the elegance of Barbaresco with the brawn of a Barolo. The concentration of flavour is, more than anything else, owing to biodynamic farming and tightly managed yields. The Nervo plot is between 220 and 360m above sea level on a South-Southwest facing sandy marl slope. The grapes ferment with native yeast and are left macerating 20 days. The wine is then aged for two years in oak and six months in bottle. Organic and vegan-friendly.
