An unapologetically young rye whiskey from Willett Family Estate. This bottling was the first new whiskey to come from the distillery since the 1970s when it was closed and briefly made pure ethanol during the fuel crisis! Their single pot still was fired up for the first time in 2012 and the first bottles of 2 year old rye followed in 2014.
