The Lake Isle of Innisfree Irish Whiskey is a premium artisanal blend inspired by the landscape, heritage, and literary spirit of County Sligo. Framed by the iconic Benbulben Mountain, at the heart of Yeats Country, the whiskey draws deeply from its Irish roots, combining authenticity, craftsmanship, and a strong sense of place.
Created by BrandBridge Liquids in Sligo, Ireland, this carefully crafted release reflects the company’s vision of connecting exceptional spirits with discerning whiskey drinkers through quality, storytelling, and innovation.
This Artisanal Blend combines aged single grain whiskey with triple-distilled single malt whiskey, bringing together smoothness and complexity in equal measure. The grain whiskey contributes soft sweetness and approachability, while the malt whiskey adds depth, richness, and structure.
Following maturation, the whiskey is finished in hand-selected Ruby Port casks, imparting layers of red berry fruit, subtle wine sweetness, and a rich warmth throughout the spirit. The influence of the port casks adds both flavour and historical character, inspired by the port wines enjoyed throughout Ireland’s literary and cultural history.
On the nose, aromas of vanilla, honey, toasted oak, and red berries emerge beautifully from the ex-bourbon and port cask maturation. The palate is exceptionally smooth with notes of dark fruits, gentle spice, and a delicate touch of peated malt adding subtle smokiness and balance. The finish is warming and medium in length, carrying lingering sweetness and oak spice that echo the depth and elegance associated with the poetry of W.B. Yeats.
Bottled at 43% ABV in 700ml bottles, The Lake Isle of Innisfree Irish Whiskey is an exclusive limited release of just 4,000 individually numbered bottles as part of Founder’s Batch 01/2026, making it both a collectible and a distinctive modern Irish whiskey.

FAQs
Yes. The majority of Irish whiskey sold globally is blended, typically combining single malt, single grain, and often single pot still components in varying proportions. Jameson, Bushmills Original, and Powers Gold Label are all blends. The blended category accounts for the bulk of Ireland's whiskey production volume. Single malt and single pot still expressions represent a growing but still minority share of the overall Irish whiskey market.
Blended Irish whiskey is a legally defined category under Irish Whiskey Technical File regulations, comprising a combination of at least two different Irish whiskey styles, typically single malt, single grain, and or single pot still, produced in Ireland and aged for a minimum of three years in wooden casks on the island of Ireland. The blending of styles allows distillers to create consistent, accessible flavour profiles at scale.
