After 13 long years ageing in wood, the Tide is In at long last with this limited release. An Fear Grinn Tide's In is a single cask, cask strength, single grain aged in classic bourbon cask before finished in Oloroso to create a subtly sweet and elegant whiskey. This one is powerful and complex, with a great mouth feel and an immediate impression of dark fruits: plums, blackberries, sultanas. Crisp mature grain, warm dark honey with background of intense licorice and zesty orange all surrounded by wonderful quality oak vanilla notes. Non-chill filtered and bottled at 57.8% ABV.
